Erin Abney did a great job helping us book our travel and hotels for our trip to Spain. The hotels were nice with friendly staff, while also being in good locations. We especially appreciated the help she gave us when booking train tickets for travel throughout the country, since this is something we have almost no experience with and were nervous about doing ourselves. She was very attentive and considerate of our wants/needs and gave great tips and recommendations for traveling. We really appreciate all she did to make our trip memorable! I recently booked with Erin to travel on a 12-day cruise with a fabulous itinerary on Carnival Spirit. Erin booked the cruise and all excursions for us. The excursions were the best and they were booked from her website. I had the best time relaxing, eating, drinking, dancing, playing, learning, and having one marvelous adventure after another!!! We cruised to Grand Turk where we snorkeled, ate fresh conch ceviche, learned about the island, how to dive for conch, how to release the conch from the shell, learned about sting rays, and got to pet and kiss the sting ray too. We also cruised to Aruba, Curacao, Ocho Rios, and Grand Cayman. We spent the time surfing and poolside with a day pass at an adult-only, all-inclusive resort, and excursions at the other ports that ended up being private or semi-private (only 2 others). I couldn't have asked for more from this trip. Our guides on each excursion were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about their home. Questions were encouraged. I feel as though I got all I could out of this trip!!! We made new friends that may turn into lifetime friendships. This was my 10th cruise and definitely, one of the best times of my life!!!!! This is the second trip we’ve enlisted Erin Abney as our travel agent because of her sincere desire to plan a wonderful, safe, and memorable vacation. It was unfortunate that our trip to California coincided with the global outage that severely impacted all flights. The start of our trip was negatively affected by this catastrophe but thanks to Erin’s tireless efforts to salvage our vacation, we were able to make it to our destination and fit in all of our activities as well as see all of the sights that were on our itinerary. She was literally on call 24 hours a day for us modifying and rescheduling things to make sure we had the best time possible. It was another trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. I will be contacting Cruise Planners for our next trip. Not only did Erin book our Las Vegas hotel, flights and transfers, but she also gave us sightseeing ideas and itinerary. Fremont Street remembered 9/11 with a light display, the Ice bar was a cool experience and speakeasy was really something to experience. Our hotel was perfect and one of my favorite. Location, location, location! A romantic getaway with relaxation and beautiful views. Enjoyed the Art Walk in town and the tour to the infamous Arch. Erin really hit the nail on the head when she booked our All Inclusive trip with all the bells and whistles. She was very insightful with her recommendations on what to see and do while in Los Cabos. Just finished our 2nd trip that we booked with Erin. We spent a couple of days on land before our cruise. She booked our cruise package, pre-cruise hotel, and tours before the cruise and was perfect for what we were wanted. We booked all tours/cruise excursions through Erin's website and we could not have been happier with the small groups and great tour guides. I just got off a group cruise with my family and friends and we had wonderful time. Erin at Cruise Planners answered all our questions with professionalism and honesty. While onboard I enjoyed the awesome entertainment and good food. When it was just our ship in port is was great but when other ships pulled in the beaches got a little crowded. The tram around the island in Coco Cay was fun, but I enjoyed the beautiful beaches with beach chairs and umbrellas in Grand Turk the most. Every travel document was at our fingertips prior to leaving (New Orleans to Seattle, Seattle to Alaska, and return to New Orleans) Erin went above and beyond by checking on us daily to ensure that we were aware of schedules, shows, dining and other amenities that were available to us.
